DESIGN OF PRESSURIZATION SYSTEMS

Design of pressurization systems for superheated water circuits. Pressurization is necessary to avoid the formation of vapor in the system, it is performed with compressed air or nitrogen. The compressed air pressurization systems consist of a water supply tank, an expansion vessel of suitable capacity to contain the increase in volume of water deriving from the rise in temperature, one or two loading pumps for filling the plant and a compressed air supply system. The system is equipped with an automatic panel to control the levels of the tanks and the pressure of the system.
